• Design, implement, and customize Bitrix24 solutions
• Develop and manage API integrations with CRM, ERP, and third-party tools
• Build dashboards, reports, and data visualizations for business insights
• Configure and optimize workflows, automation rules, and triggers
• Debug and resolve system issues, performance bottlenecks, and data inconsistencies
• Handle large-scale data pipelines, synchronization, and data migration
• Ensure data security, access control, and system reliability
• Collaborate with business teams to translate requirements into scalable solutions
• Work with webhooks, REST APIs, and custom apps/extensions
• Solid analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on automation
