A Senior Accounts Executive is responsible for overseeing day-to-day accounting operations, ensuring accurate financial reporting, managing reconciliations, and supporting statutory compliance activities. The role requires strong accounting knowledge, analytical skills, and the ability to coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
Manage day-to-day accounting activities and maintain accurate financial records
Prepare journal entries, ledgers, and account reconciliations
Handle accounts payable and accounts receivable processes
Prepare bank reconciliations and resolve discrepancies promptly
Assist in monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closing activities
Ensure compliance with GST, TDS, and other statutory requirements
Verify invoices, expense claims, and payment processing
Maintain fixed asset records and depreciation schedules
Managing processing employees claim.
Required Skills Qualifications
Masters degree in accounting, Finance, or Commerce
36 years of relevant accounting experience
Strong knowledge of accounting principles
Experience in GST, TDS, and statutory compliance
Proficiency in accounting software- Oracle- Netsuite
Advanced knowledge of MS Excel
Valuable communication and interpersonal skills
