This is an excellent opportunity for MBA/BBA freshers who want hands-on exposure to B2B sales, client communication, and the recruitment industry.
What You'll Do
- Reach out to potential clients through calls and LinkedIn.
- Introduce our recruitment services.
- Understand basic hiring requirements.
- Qualify leads and schedule meetings for the Business Development team.
- Maintain lead data and follow-up records.
- Work closely with senior team members to learn the complete sales process.
