We are looking for an energetic and target-driven Recruiter to join our Talent Acquisition team. The role involves managing high-volume hiring for frontline tele- sales roles. Ideal for recruiters who thrive in fast-paced environments and can deliver results under tight deadlines.
Key Responsibilities:
- Partner with hiring managers to understand manpower requirements.
- Manage end-to-end hiring, from requirement gathering and candidate sourcing to screening, interview coordination, offer management, and onboarding, ensuring timely closures and achievement of monthly hiring targets.
- Source candidates through different job portals, referrals, social media.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of professionals for current and future hiring needs.
- Manage candidate communication, feedback, and interview scheduling throughout the recruitment process.
- Negotiate compensation within approved budgets and facilitate offer rollouts.
- Follow up with selected candidates to ensure successful joining.
- Support documentation and joining formalities of selected candidates.
- Ensure a seamless candidate experience and timely onboarding.
- Maintain recruitment trackers, candidate databases, and hiring reports.
- Meet recruitment KPIs, including time-to-fill, quality of hire, and offer-to-join ratio.
Requirements:
Experience in bulk hiring(preferred)
Strong sourcing skills and familiarity with hiring tools and platforms
Excellent communication and coordination skills
Proficient in Excel and recruitment reporting
Experience in hiring for sales roles preferred
