Desired Skills and Qualification:
Maintain an active bench list.
•Expertise in Placing CPT, OPT EAD, and H1B Transfers.
•Develop a cordial relationship with tier 1 vendors and get more requirements from them.
•Quickly update the resume as per requirement and submit it to the vendor.
•Monitor and capture the new areas of the market.
•Develop new business areas and tier 1 vendors.
•Cold calling.
•Updating resumes on all job boards.
•Constantly updating the vendor database.
•Create vendor database client-wise and region-wise.
•Proven track record in managing and growing a bench of IT consultants
•Strong understanding of the US IT consulting market and the bench sales process
•Excellent communication and negotiation skills
•Ability to build and maintain relationships with consultants and clients
•Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making abilities
•Self-motivated with a proactive and results-oriented approach
•Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and target-driven workplace

• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
• Strong technical knowledge with the ability to update and tailor resumes as per clients needs and their technical requirements, ensuring complete technical correctness.
