Role Overview

We are looking for a proactive and experienced Talent Acquisition Executive to manage the complete recruitment lifecycle while leading a small recruitment team. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in sourcing, recruitment operations, and team coordination. This role requires someone who can independently manage hiring targets, optimize recruitment processes, leverage AI-powered recruitment tools, and ensure timely closures across multiple business functions.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead and manage the complete end-to-end recruitment lifecycle, from requirement gathering to onboarding.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand business requirements and develop effective hiring strategies.
- Source, screen, shortlist, interview, and coordinate candidates across multiple positions simultaneously.
- Lead, mentor, and guide junior recruiters to improve productivity and hiring quality.
- Allocate hiring requirements among recruiters and monitor daily recruitment activities.
- Conduct regular pipeline reviews and ensure recruitment targets are achieved within defined timelines.
- Build and maintain strong talent pipelines using LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, social media, and other sourcing channels.
- Manage candidate communication, interview scheduling, offer discussions, salary negotiations, and onboarding coordination.




- Utilize AI-powered recruitment tools to improve sourcing, resume screening, candidate evaluation, and recruitment productivity.
- Maintain recruitment reports, dashboards, hiring metrics, and ATS data with accuracy.
- Continuously identify opportunities to improve recruitment processes and candidate experience.

Required Skills & Competencies

- 24 years of hands-on experience in Talent Acquisition or Recruitment.
- Proven experience managing end-to-end recruitment independently.
- Experience in leading or mentoring recruitment teams.
- Strong expertise in sourcing through LinkedIn, Naukri, Indeed, Foundit, referrals, and other recruitment platforms.
- Hands-on experience working with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
- Familiarity with AI-enabled recruitment tools such as ChatGPT, LinkedIn Recruiter AI, HireEZ, HireVue, SeekOut, or similar platforms.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Robust organizational, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.

Preferred Experience

- Experience in bulk hiring or sales recruitment.
- Experience hiring across multiple business functions.
- Exposure to recruitment analytics, hiring dashboards, and process optimization.
- Experience training or mentoring recruiters is highly preferred.

Educational Qualification

- Bachelor's Degree in any discipline (Mandatory)
- MBA/PGDM in Human Resources is preferred but not mandatory.
