About the Role

We are looking for a passionate Language Hiring Recruiter to support recruitment for the Malaysian market. The ideal candidate will have experience in multilingual hiring, strong sourcing skills, and the ability to manage end-to-end recruitment for BPO, IT, and Shared Services roles. The role involves hiring candidates proficient in languages such as Japanese, Korean, Mandarin, Cantonese, Thai, Vietnamese, Bahasa Malaysia, and English. Multilingual recruitment in Malaysia commonly focuses on sourcing, screening, language validation, and full-cycle recruitment.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to onboarding.
- Source candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, job portals, social media, referrals, and networking.
- Screen resumes and conduct telephonic/video interviews.
- Assess candidates' communication and language proficiency.
- Coordinate interviews with clients and hiring managers.
- Maintain candidate pipelines and recruitment trackers.
- Negotiate salary, manage offer rollouts, and ensure successful joining.




- Build and maintain relationships with candidates throughout the hiring process.
- Meet monthly hiring targets and recruitment KPIs.
- Ensure an excellent candidate experience.

Required Skills:

- 1-5 years of recruitment experience (Staffing/Consultancy preferred).
- Experience in language hiring or BPO hiring is an advantage.
- Solid sourcing skills using LinkedIn Recruiter, Foundit, Jobstreet, Indeed, and job boards.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to handle multiple positions simultaneously.
- Knowledge of ATS and MS Office.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.

Preferred Experience

- Hiring for Malaysian BPO, Shared Services, IT, or Customer Support roles.
- Experience recruiting Japanese, Korean, Mandarin, Cantonese, or other multilingual professionals.
- Exposure to APAC recruitment and international hiring processes
