Job Description:
We are looking for a energetic and result-driven Non-IT Recruiter to join our talent acquisition team. The ideal candidate should have experience in end-to-end recruitment for non-technical roles across industries such as BFSI and BPO.

Key Responsibilities:

- Handle end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for Non-IT roles
- Source candidates via Naukri, LinkedIn, job portals, and references
- Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews
- Coordinate with hiring managers to understand requirements
- Schedule and follow up on interviews
- Maintain candidate database and trackers
- Ensure closure within TAT

Required Skills:

- Strong experience in Non-IT hiring (BFSI / BPO / Sales / Operations roles)
- Good knowledge of job portals (especially Naukri)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Target-driven and proactive approach

Preferred:

- Experience in consulting/staffing industry
- Immediate joiners or short notice candidates preferred
