Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end recruitment for various positions across the organization.
- Handle bulk hiring and achieve monthly hiring targets.
- Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, referrals, social media, and other recruitment channels.
- Screen profiles, conduct initial interviews, and coordinate interview schedules.
- Manage offer rollouts, salary negotiations, and onboarding processes.
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.




- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand manpower requirements and ensure timely closures.
- Maintain recruitment reports, candidate databases, and hiring trackers.
- Required Skills

- Experience in end-to-end recruitment and bulk hiring.
- Robust sourcing and screening skills.
- Good communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- Ability to handle multiple open positions simultaneously.
- Proficiency in recruitment portals and MS Excel.

Preferred: Experience in FinTech, BFSI, IT, or Recruitment Constancy.
