We are hiring for one of our clients an architectural outsourcing firm specializing in CAD drawing production for USA and UK clients. Work Mode: Work From Office (Remote option available after 2 months of probation)

Requirements:

- 2-3 years of proven experience in sales, lead generation, or business development
- Excellent spoken and written English communication skills with a client-focused approach
- Familiarity with LinkedIn, freelancing platforms, and other online lead-generation channels is a solid advantage

Work Details:
Office Timing:

10:00 PM 6:30 PM (First 2 months during training & probation)

4:00 PM 12:00 AM(WFH) (Post probation aligned with USA & UK client timings)

Working Days: Monday to Saturday (6 days/week)

Key Responsibilities:

- Identify, source, and qualify potential leads from multiple online platforms
- Execute cold outreach through emails and follow-up communications
- Maintain and update lead databases and track pipeline progress
- Meet monthly targets for lead conversion and client acquisition
