About the Role

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Digital Marketing Executive to manage and grow our online presence. You will be responsible for running paid ad campaigns on Shopify and Google, optimizing our website for search engines, and helping drive consistent traffic and sales growth. This role is ideal for someone who understands the fundamentals of performance marketing and is eager to take ownership of a brand's digital growth.

Key Responsibilities

Shopify Ads & Store Management

- Set up, manage, and optimize paid ad campaigns connected to the Shopify store
- Monitor product listings, collections, and promotional campaigns for ad performance
- Track ROAS (Return on Ad Spend) and suggest improvements to product pages and ad creatives
- Coordinate with the design team for ad creatives and banners

Search Engine Optimization (SEO)

- Conduct keyword research and implement on-page SEO across all website pages and blog posts
- Optimize meta titles, descriptions, headings, image alt texts, and URL structures
- Build and manage internal linking strategies




- Track and report organic traffic performance using Google Search Console and Google Analytics
- Identify and resolve basic technical SEO issues (broken links, page speed, mobile usability)

Google Ads

- Create and manage Search, Display, and Shopping campaigns on Google Ads
- Perform keyword research, ad copywriting, and A/B testing of ad creatives
- Monitor and optimize campaigns for CTR, CPC, conversions, and ROAS
- Set up conversion tracking via Google Tag Manager / Google Analytics
- Prepare weekly/monthly performance reports with actionable insights

What We're Looking For

- 2-3 years of experience in digital performance marketing
- Bachelors or Masters in Marketing or related domain
- Solid analytical mindset should be comfortable with Google Ads, SEO and online store management
- Proficiency in MS Excel for performing campaign analysis
- Decision making skills to execute strategies to grow Shopify account
