Opening for an Architect / Interior Designer

Position: Architect / Interior Designer
Experience Required: 2 to 3 Years
Location: Noida
Employment Type: Full-Time

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop innovative architectural and interior design concepts for residential and commercial projects.
- Prepare space planning, layout plans, furniture layouts, and presentation drawings.
- Create detailed working drawings, GFC drawings, and construction documentation.
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, vendors, and site execution teams throughout the project lifecycle.
- Conduct site visits for design coordination and execution supervision.
- Prepare BOQs, material specifications, and assist in material selection.
- Select finishes, furniture, lighting, and accessories in line with the design concept.
- Ensure designs comply with project requirements, building standards, and quality benchmarks.
- Create high-quality 3D interior and exterior architectural visualizations.
- Develop photorealistic renders and walkthroughs based on approved design concepts.




- Prepare material selections, lighting setups, and post-production for presentation-quality renders.
- Deliver assigned projects within the specified timelines while maintaining design quality.

Required Skills:

- 2 to 3 years of experience in architecture and interior design.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3ds Max V-Ray/Corona Renderer, Adobe Photoshop, and MS Office.
- Robust knowledge of architectural detailing, interior design, working drawings, and GFC documentation.
- Good understanding of materials, lighting, furniture, construction methods, and site execution.
- Ability to create high-quality photorealistic renders and presentation drawings.
- Strong communication, coordination, problem-solving, and teamwork skills.
