Job Details
Position: Workday Consultant / Manager
Experience: 7-18 Years
Work Location: Bangalore, Pune, Gurugram, Noida, Mumbai
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver Workday US Payroll solutions including configuration, reporting, and integrations.
- Lead Workday implementation projects and AMS support engagements.
- Gather business requirements, define project scope, and manage scope changes.
- Configure complex Workday Payroll solutions.
- Perform data transformation and EIB data loads.
- Provide go-live and post-production support.
- Collaborate with Engagement Managers, Project Managers, and clients.
- Mentor team members and ensure timely,
high-quality project delivery.
Required Skills & Experience
- Solid technical and functional expertise in Workday US Payroll.
- Hands-on experience with Configuration, Reporting, Integrations, Data Conversion, and EIB.
- Minimum 7 years of overall experience with at least 4 years in Workday.
- Workday Payroll Certification is mandatory.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
Education
B.E. / B.Tech / MCA / B.Sc. (or equivalent)
