Executive- VDP, Sharjah.

Total Experience 2-3 yrs.

Status - Single

Kindly refer below JD & share some relevant profiles on priority basis.

1.Purchase Planning and Order Management

- Forecast buying needs in coordination with production, sales, and inventory teams
- Raise purchase orders (POs) and ensure timely execution
- Track order progress and shipment status

2. Logistics and Shipment Coordination

- Coordinate with freight forwarders and customs brokers
- Ensure accurate shipping documentation (e.g., commercial invoice, packing list, bill of lading)
- Monitor shipment schedules, transit times, and manage delays

3. Cross-Functional Coordination

- Liaise with engineering, quality, and production teams to align purchase specs and timelines
- Coordinate with finance on vendor payments and foreign exchange considerations

4. ERP & Reporting

- Use ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or industry-specific platforms) for order tracking and reporting
- Generate reports on vendor performance, cost savings, delivery reliability, etc.

Inventory Planning and Coordination

- Align procurement schedules with production and inventory planning teams
- Monitor inventory levels to avoid stock outs or overstock
- Handle urgent procurement requirements and expedite orders when necessary

Ideal Candidate Background

- Degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, or International Business
- 3–5 years’ experience in import purchasing, ideally in automotive or manufacturing
- Good knowledge of global trade, Incoterms, and customs processes
- Proficiency in ERP systems and Excel
- Positive communication and negotiation skills

Preferred candidate profile

Candidates who have experience in Import Purchase with a Manufacturing companies, whi can travel to Sharjah alone for 2 years
