Key Responsibilities

- Design, develop, and maintain high-performance backend services using Golang
- Build and manage microservices-based architecture
- Develop and optimize REST / gRPC APIs
- Integrate with relational and/or NoSQL databases
- Work with message brokers for asynchronous processing and event-driven systems
- Implement caching strategies to improve system performance
- Ensure code quality, scalability, security, and observability
- Collaborate with frontend, DevOps, and product teams
- Participate in code reviews, debugging, and performance tuning

Requirements

- Backend Languages - Strong hands-on experience with Golang
- Positive understanding of concurrency, goroutines, channels, and memory management
- Solid understanding of microservices architecture, service communication, and fault tolerance
- Databases - Experience with PostgreSQL / MySQL
- Strong knowledge of SQL, indexing, query optimization, and transactions
- Experience with NoSQL databases (MongoDB, Cassandra, DynamoDB, etc.) is a plus




- Messaging Streaming - Hands-on experience with RabbitMQ / Kafka / ActiveMQ
- Understanding of event-driven architecture, message queues, and streaming concepts
- Caching Performance - Experience using Redis for caching, pub/sub, or distributed locks
- DevOps Infrastructure - Working knowledge of Docker for containerization
- Experience deploying and managing services on Kubernetes
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines
- Good to Have - Experience with Java or Scala or Node
- Exposure to distributed systems, scalability patterns, and system design
- Knowledge of observability tools (logging, metrics, tracing)
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure)
