Aboutthe Role

We arelooking for an experienced Full Stack Developer with strong expertise in Python, Java or Go,React, Angular , along with hands-on experience in cloud platforms(preferably Google Cloud ) and relational databases such as SQL Server and MySQL .
Youll work hands-on to design, implement, and optimize full-stack solutionsthat are fast, scalable, and easy to use, creating a seamless reportingexperience for our users. Collaborating closely with Product Managers,analysts, and other engineers, youll play an essential role in ensuring ourapplications meet both business and customer needs with precision andperformance.

KeyResponsibilities

- Design, develop,



and maintain scalable full-stack applications using modern front-end and back-end technologies.

- Develop and optimize back-end services, RESTful APIs, and microservices using Node.js , Python , Java or Go .

- Build responsive, intuitive user interfaces using frameworks like React , Angular etc.

- Work with Google Cloud Platform (GCP) services such as Cloud Run, Cloud Functions, Cloud SQL, Storage, Pub/Sub, etc.

- Create, optimize, and maintain database schemas and queries in SQL Server and MySQL .

- Lead efforts to optimize database performance, including query tuning, indexing strategies, and schema design for high-traffic systems.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., product, design, and DevOps) to translate business needs into technical solutions.

- Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code while adhering to best practices for code reviews, testing, and version control.

- Mentor and guide junior engineers, sharing knowledge on best practices for full-stack development and database optimization.

- Implement and improve CI/CD pipelines to automate the build, testing, and deployment process.

- Troubleshoot and resolve complex production issues, focusing on system performance, stability, and scalability.

What youbring to the table:

Essentials:

4-6 years of experience as afull-stack developer, with strong expertise in front-end and back-endtechnologies.

Backend:Go/Java/NodeJs/Python, GCP stack (or similar)

Front-End:React/Angular/Vue, Typescript (will be a plus)

Databases:Postgres/MySQL; DB Query Optimization, Performance Tuning

Experiencewith cloud based environments, Kubernetes, and Terraform.

Familiarwith: APIs - gRPC, Rest, GraphQL

Bonus:Observability, Messaging (pub/sub and/or kafka)

Familiarwith: Agile SCRUM ceremonies

Strongcommunication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-pacedenvironment.

SoftSkills: System design Ownership, Mentoring mid-level/junior engineers,Stakeholder communication

Nice toHave:

Familiarity with microservices architecture and orchestration tools likeKubernetes.

Knowledgeof serverless technologies (e.g., AWS Lambda, GCP Functions).

AI/ML: Exposureto code completion tools (Copilot, Cursor) and experience integratinggenerative AI into development workflows

Experiencein working within Agile development environments.
