Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced House Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of the owner's private residence and properties. The ideal candidate should have experience in property management, household administration, staff supervision, vendor management, and facility maintenance, ensuring the residence is maintained to the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage daily operations of the owner's residence and properties.
- Supervise housekeeping, security, drivers, cooks, and other domestic staff.
- Coordinate maintenance, repairs, and renovation work.
- Manage vendors, service providers, and annual maintenance contracts (AMCs).




- Ensure cleanliness, security, and smooth functioning of the property.
- Monitor household expenses, inventories, and utility payments.
- Arrange guest hospitality and support household events when required.

Requirements

- 8–15 years of experience in House Management, Property Management, Estate Management, or Luxury Residence Management.
- Robust knowledge of facility and household operations.
- Excellent leadership, coordination, and communication skills.
- High level of integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality.
