Role Summary

Looking for a Senior Quality Automation Engineer to test AI/GenAI applications used in Capital Markets (Investment Research, Banking, Sales & Trading). The role focuses on building automated testing frameworks, validating AI solutions, and ensuring high-quality software delivery.

Must-Have Skills

Experience

- 5+ years of QA/QE experience in Agile environments
- Robust experience in test automation
- Bachelor's degree in Technology/Computer Science or related field

Technical Skills

- Strong Python programming skills
- Experience using GenAI tools for test case generation or coding
- Hands-on experience building and maintaining automation frameworks
- Strong knowledge of:
- End-to-End Testing
- Integration Testing
- Regression Testing
- Data-driven Test Automation

- Experience with CI/CD pipelines
- Strong understanding of QA best practices and software quality





Responsibilities

- Design, develop and maintain automated test frameworks
- Perform both automation and manual testing
- Review business requirements and create test strategies
- Identify and mitigate testing risks
- Mentor junior QA engineers
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams
