JobResponsibilities:
Direct maintenance and repair of mission critical data centers.
AsIBMS Expert he will be responsible forthe operation & and continuous innovation of our datacenter footprint.
Undertake applicable training ascommunicated from time to time.
Understand the organizationsexpectations towards all management systems the company is certified for.
Participation in Risk assessmentprocess, contribute in achieving departmental & management systemobjectives.
Adhere to confidentiality policy tosafeguard sensitive company information, maintain trust with clients andpartners, and ensure compliance with data protection regulations.
Perform their duties in the event ofemergency as per roles in ERP/BCMS plan.
Assist in maintaining PIMS controlsthroughout personal data lifecycle.

Ability toresearch new designs, technologies,
and construction methods of data centerequipment and facilities.
Capable ofdefining critical equipment specifications and approving equipment submittals.
Performs and supervises technical maintenance workassociated with CCTV ACS & IBMS system to a high standard.
Identifies and carries out corrective and repair programs onIBMS, CCTV & ACS.
Troubleshoots non-performing and/or faulty BMS systemequipment. Prepares incident report or root cause analysis report.
Provide training to operation team. Conducts supervision andhands-on training to junior peers (technicians, members entering criticalspace).

Qualification andExperience:
Diploma or Bachelor degree in Electrical, Electronics, Mechanicalor Building Services or other related disciplines.
5-8 years of experience
Cumulative 3+ years of experience with industrial orcommercial IBMS & Security System design.
Experiencein Operation & Maintenance of the BMS, FDPS, CCTV & access control system
Provenexperience in BMS all packages
