Role: Salesforce Program Manager Location: India, Remote Experience: 8-10 Years Role overview We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Program Manager/Delivery Manager to lead and manage large-scale Salesforce transformation programs for global clients. The ideal candidate will possess strong program management capabilities, excellent client-facing communication skills and deep knowledge of the Salesforce ecosystem. This role requires end-to-end ownership of multiple Salesforce initiatives, stakeholder management across business and technology teams and successful delivery of strategic programs. Key responsibilities:

- Lead and manage multiple Salesforce implementation, enhancement and transformation programs simultaneously.
- Own end-to-end program delivery, including planning, execution, governance, risk management and successful project closure.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for client leadership and executive stakeholders.
- Build trusted relationships with clients through proactive communication, strategic planning and regular governance meetings.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Solution Architects, Business Analysts, Developers, QA, Scrum Masters.
- Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, budget and quality expectations.
- Drive program governance, resource planning, financial tracking, utilization, forecasting and reporting.
- Identify and mitigate delivery risks, dependencies and escalations while ensuring business continuity.
- Work closely with Salesforce architects to define scalable solutions aligned with business objectives.
- Mentor project managers and delivery teams while promoting Agile best practices and continuous improvement.
- Coordinate with offshore and onsite teams across multiple time zones.




- Support pre-sales activities including solution discussions, estimation reviews, staffing and proposal preparation when required.

Required skills and qualifications: Program management

- 8+ years of overall IT experience with at least 5 years managing enterprise Salesforce programs.
- Proven experience managing multiple concurrent Salesforce projects and distributed delivery teams.
- Strong expertise in program governance, budgeting, forecasting, risk management and executive reporting.
- Experience managing global stakeholders and client relationships.

Salesforce expertise

- Strong understanding of the Salesforce platform and ecosystem.
- Hands-on knowledge of:
- Sales Cloud
- Service Cloud
- Experience Cloud
- Marketing Cloud or Revenue Cloud (good to have)

- Familiarity with Salesforce release management, integrations, security model and deployment lifecycle.
- Understanding of Salesforce implementation methodologies and Agile delivery.

Communication and leadership

- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent presentation and executive stakeholder management abilities.
- Strong negotiation, conflict resolution and decision-making skills.
- Ability to lead discussions with CXOs, business sponsors and technical leadership.

Certifications (Preferred):

- Salesforce Administrator Certification




- Salesforce Sales Cloud Consultant
- Salesforce Service Cloud Consultant
- Salesforce Advanced Administrator or Application Architect (preferred)
- PMP, PMI-ACP, PRINCE2, or Certified Scrum Master (preferred)

Must have skills:

- Strong expertise in Salesforce ecosystem (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud), Agile delivery, program governance, budgeting, risk management, stakeholder management, and end-to-end project delivery.
- Excellent client-facing communication, leadership, and people management skills with the ability to engage executive stakeholders, drive cross-functional collaboration, and deliver successful business outcomes.

Nice to have skills:

- Experience working with US-based clients.
- Exposure to large enterprise Salesforce transformation programs.
- Knowledge of DevOps tools such as Copado, Gearset, AutoRABIT, or Git-based CI/CD pipelines.
- Experience with AI capabilities such as Salesforce Agentforce or Einstein AI is a plus.
