Position: IT Team Lead
Experience: Minimum 3+ Years

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead and mentor a team of IT recruiters to achieve hiring targets.
- Manage end-to-end IT permanent hiring across multiple technologies.
- Coordinate and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders for hiring requirements.
- Drive team performance, productivity, and recruitment quality.
- Ensure timely delivery against client hiring mandates.
- Build strong relationships with hiring managers and business stakeholders.
- Track recruitment metrics, team performance, and hiring SLAs.
- Train and guide recruiters on sourcing strategies and market mapping.

Required Skills:

- Minimum 3 years of experience in IT Permanent Recruitment.
- Proven experience in team handling and stakeholder management.
- Strong understanding of the complete recruitment lifecycle.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven setting.
