Business Development Manager Digital Marketing Sales

Tripping Vibe Digital is looking for a passionate and results-driven Business Development Manager to drive new client acquisition for our Digital Marketing services.

We are looking for someone who understands Digital Marketing services and has prior experience selling solutions such as SEO, Performance Marketing, Social Media Marketing, Website Development, Branding, Ecommerce Marketing, Influencer Marketing, and related services.

Candidates with prior Digital Marketing Agency sales experience will be strongly preferred.

This is a Work From Office role based in Noida.

Key Responsibilities

- Generate qualified B2B leads through LinkedIn, outbound prospecting, referrals and networking.
- Connect with founders, business owners, CXOs and marketing decision-makers.
- Understand client requirements and recommend suitable digital marketing solutions.
- Pitch services including:
- Performance Marketing (Google Ads & Meta Ads)
- Social Media Marketing
- Website Development
- SEO
- Branding & Creative Services
- Ecommerce Marketing
- Influencer Marketing

- Conduct client meetings,



presentations and discovery calls.
- Prepare proposals, negotiate commercials and close deals.
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth client onboarding.
- Maintain CRM, sales pipeline and follow-up activities.
- Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets.

Required Skills & Experience

- 2-6 years of Business Development / B2B Sales experience.
- Experience selling Digital Marketing services.
- Prior experience working with a Digital Marketing Agency will be preferred.
- Excellent communication, presentation and negotiation skills.
- Ability to independently manage the complete sales cycle.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented and eager to grow.
