Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Engineer – HVAC Design & Sales to lead HVAC design engineering, estimation, business development, and project coordination for industrial and commercial HVAC projects. The ideal candidate should have strong technical expertise along with experience in sales, tendering, and team leadership.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead HVAC system design for industrial and commercial projects.
- Perform heat load calculations and equipment selection.
- Prepare HVAC layouts, ducting, piping, BOQs, and technical specifications.
- Handle techno-commercial proposals, estimation, and tendering.
- Drive business development and generate current HVAC/EPC opportunities.
- Build relationships with consultants, EPC contractors, OEMs, and clients.
- Lead design, estimation, and sales teams.
- Coordinate with procurement, manufacturing, execution, and commissioning teams.
- Ensure compliance with ASHRAE, SMACNA, IS, and NBC standards.
