Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled Java Developer with strong expertise in Spring Boot, Microservices, REST APIs, and Apache Kafka . The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining scalable, high-performance backend applications and distributed systems. The candidate should have experience in building cloud-ready microservices architectures and event-driven applications.

Key Responsibilities

- Design, develop, and maintain enterprise-grade applications using Java and Spring Boot.
- Build scalable and resilient Microservices-based applications.
- Develop and consume RESTful APIs for integration with internal and external systems.
- Implement event-driven architectures using Kafka for real-time data processing and messaging.
- Participate in application design, code reviews, and architecture discussions.
- Optimize application performance, scalability, and reliability.
- Troubleshoot production issues and provide timely resolutions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Product, QA, DevOps, and Business stakeholders.
- Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code following best practices.
- Ensure adherence to security, coding, and compliance standards.

- Strong proficiency in Java 8/11/17 and Object-Oriented Programming concepts.
- Positive understanding of Collections, Multithreading, Concurrency, Streams, and Exception Handling.

Kafka

- SQL databases such as MySQL, PostgreSQL, or Oracle.
- Query optimization and performance tuning.
- Basic knowledge of NoSQL databases is preferred.

- Docker and Kubernetes (preferred)

Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.

Desired Experience
- 3 8 years of experience in Java backend development.
