We are looking for dynamic and result-oriented Bench Sales Recruiters to join our growing US IT Staffing team. This role is ideal for freshers as well as experienced professionals who are passionate about recruitment, client interaction, and sales in the US market.
Key Responsibilities:
- Market and place bench consultants (H1B, OPT, GC, USC) with direct clients, Tier 1 vendors, and implementation partners in the US.
- Identify job requirements from various job portals, vendor networks, and other sources.
- Submit profiles of consultants matching client requirements within the given timelines.
- Negotiate rates with clients/vendors and close placements effectively.
- Maintain strong relationships with consultants, vendors, and clients.
- Coordinate interviews and follow up for feedback and closures.
Required Skills:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic understanding of US IT staffing and visa types.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven setting.
- Strong negotiation and networking skills.
