Role Overview

The Client is scaling rapidly across multiple locations and functions, resulting in increased operational complexity. This role will serve as the central command for corporate operations, overseeing IT, HR, Administration, EHS, and Plant Security to ensure high operational uptime, regulatory compliance, and disciplined execution across all sites.

The mandate is to build robust systems, enforce operating rigor, and drive on-ground accountability, enabling the leadership team to focus on strategic growth. This is a high-ownership, execution-intensive role requiring strong field presence and the ability to manage diverse teams and stakeholders across locations.

Core Responsibilities

Own and drive all corporate operations functions with a focus on reliability, discipline, scalability, and risk mitigation across the organization.

1. IT & Systems Oversight

- Ensure robust, secure, and cost-effective IT infrastructure across all locations
- Drive system uptime, data security, and access control frameworks
- Align IT systems with business requirements in coordination with internal and external technology teams

2. Corporate Operations

- Build scalable people processes and ensure organizational discipline
- Strengthen workforce planning, productivity, and retention frameworks

3. Administration & Facilities

- Manage end-to-end administrative operations, facilities, travel, and vendor ecosystem across locations
- Drive operational efficiency, cost optimization, and seamless day-to-day functioning
- Establish standardized processes and service-level benchmarks

4. EHS (Environment, Health & Safety)

- Ensure strict adherence to EHS standards and regulatory requirements across all sites
- Drive audits,



compliance frameworks, and continuous improvement initiatives
- Build and reinforce a strong safety-first culture with on-ground enforcement

5. Plant Security

- Establish and oversee comprehensive plant security protocols across all facilities
- Ensure physical security, asset protection, access control, and surveillance systems are robust and effective
- Mitigate operational and security risks through preventive measures, audits, and incident response mechanisms
- Coordinate with internal teams and external agencies to maintain a secure operating environment

Candidate Profile

- 1525 years of leadership experience in operations-heavy environments
- Proven track record of managing large-scale teams with strong execution discipline
- Background in armed forces (preferred), manufacturing, infrastructure, or similar sectors
- Experience managing or closely working with Corporate Operations, Admin, IT, EHS, and Security functions
- Strong on-ground presence with the ability to operate across multiple sites
- Excellent stakeholder management and cross-functional coordination skills
- Exposure to business functions such as supply chain, operations, or commercial is an added advantage
