Role & responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end accounting for UK/US clients, including bookkeeping, reconciliations, month-end/year-end close, and management reporting.
- Review financial statements, journal entries, and team deliverables to ensure accuracy and compliance with UK/US GAAP and IFRS.
- Lead client interactions, resolve queries, and build solid stakeholder relationships.
- Drive process improvements, strengthen internal controls, and support automation initiatives.
- Mentor and review junior team members while ensuring timely, high-quality project delivery.
- Support financial consolidation, due diligence, business planning, and other ad-hoc finance projects.

Preferred candidate profile

- 4-10 years of UK/US accounting experience with strong knowledge of GAAP, IFRS, and financial reporting.
- Proficiency in Xero, QuickBooks, and Advanced Excel.




- Proven experience in team leadership, work review, and client/stakeholder management.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills.
- Detail-oriented, proactive, adaptable, and able to thrive in a fast-paced, technology-driven environment.

Note: Please note that this position requires candidates to be fully qualified Chartered Accountants (CA). Applicants must have successfully cleared all CA Final examinations and hold the qualification.

Candidates who are CA Finalists, Semi-qualified CAs, or have only partially cleared the CA Final examination (e.g., 6 out of 8 papers or any pending papers) will not be considered for this role.
