Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end recruitment across MT, E-Commerce, HORECA, Marketing, and other business functions.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand talent requirements and drive timely closures.
- Source and identify quality talent through various recruitment channels and platforms.
- Manage recruitment workflows using ATS, HRIS, and other recruitment tools.
- Ensure an excellent candidate experience throughout the hiring lifecycle.
- Drive recruitment metrics, process adherence, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless hiring operations.

Desired Candidate Profile

- 7+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition with exposure to business hiring.
- Robust experience in hiring for Modern Trade, E-Commerce, HORECA, Marketing, and Sales functions.
- Hands-on experience with ATS, Recruitment Platforms, and HRIS systems.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple hiring mandates in a fast-paced environment.
- Post Graduate qualification (MBA/PGDM)
