About the Role
Tech Alphonic India Private Limited is looking for a results-driven Performance Marketer to manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns across multiple digital platforms. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in lead generation, campaign management, budget optimization, and performance analysis.
Roles & Responsibilities

- Plan, create, and manage paid marketing campaigns on Google Ads, Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram), LinkedIn Ads, YouTube Ads, and other digital platforms.
- Develop lead generation strategies to drive qualified leads and business growth.
- Monitor campaign performance and optimize campaigns to maximize ROI and conversions.
- Conduct keyword research, audience targeting, and competitor analysis.
- Perform A/B testing on ad creatives, landing pages, and audience segments.
- Track and analyze campaign performance using Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Meta Business Suite, and other analytics tools.
- Manage advertising budgets efficiently and ensure cost-effective campaign execution.
- Generate daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports.
- Work closely with the content, design, sales,



and development teams for campaign execution.
- Improve Cost Per Lead (CPL), Cost Per Acquisition (CPA), Click-Through Rate (CTR), and Return on Ad Spend (ROAS).
- Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends, platform updates, and industry best practices.

Required Skills

- Strong hands-on experience with Google Ads and Meta Ads.
- Knowledge of Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and conversion tracking.
- Understanding of lead generation and performance marketing strategies.
- Experience in campaign optimization and budget management.
- Strong analytical and reporting skills.
- Ability to work in a target-oriented and fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.

Qualification

- Bachelor: Degree in Marketing, Business, Digital Marketing, or a related field.
- Relevant Digital Marketing Certifications will be an added advantage.
