Purpose of the Role

Infinity Learn is seeking an elite, camera-ready YouTube Faculty & Creator blending deep pedagogical expertise with digital charisma. You will be the primary face of our YouTube, Instagram, and Telegram communities, responsible for delivering engaging lectures, driving lead acquisition, and fostering student loyalty through flawlessly accurate academic content.

Key Responsibilities & KPIs

1. YouTube Live Teaching & Creating High Quality Academic Videos/Shorts

Execution: Deliver high-energy Live classes, Marathons, One-Shots, PYQ breakdowns, and Exam Analyses using smartboards and digital simulations.

Presentation: Maintain professional grooming, explicit Hinglish/English articulation, and authoritative body language at all times.

KPI: Consistently hit target benchmarks for Concurrent Viewership (CCU) and Average Watch Duration (AWD) through master session pacing and hook strategies.

2. Short-Form Content & Paid Brand Ads

Execution: Ideating, scripting and creating promotional videos/ads (eg.app downloads, batch launches) and viral shorts (subject hacks, memory tricks, exam news).

KPI: Achieve benchmark Click-Through Rates (CTR) on paid campaigns using tight, 30-to-60-second scripts with high-converting Call-to-Actions (CTAs).

3. Telegram Ecosystem Community

Execution: Drive organic traffic to official Telegram groups and maintain daily touchpoints via quizzes, study schedules, and weekly AMA voice/video streams.

KPI: Ensure measurable week-on-week growth in active group participation and poll responses.

4. Academic Rigor & Content Operations

Presentation Content: Create high-quality,



engaging PowerPoint (PPT) content for each class, ensuring conceptual clarity, visual appeal, and pedagogical effectiveness.

Execution: Aligning with NTA, NCERT, and Board updates for 100% syllabus alignment and academic accuracy.

Candidate Eligibility Criteria

Education: Bachelors or Masters degree in Engineering, Science, or a relevant academic discipline from a recognized institution.

Experience: Minimum 25 years of teaching experience in competitive exam prep (NEET / JEE / K-12). Proven on-camera teaching experience is required (A portfolio or drive link containing raw/edited teaching videos is mandatory).

Technical & Soft Skills: Natural camera presence, exceptional command over Hinglish / English, and proficiency with OBS Studio and smartboard software (Note3). Adaptability to pivot strategies based on real-time analytics is essential.

Non-Negotiables & Strict Corporate Policies

Absolute Academic Accuracy: You hold 100% accountability for the factual and conceptual accuracy of all content, solutions, slides, and formulas. Delivering flawed solutions harms student outcomes; zero technical errors are expected in post-session audits, and repeated oversights will trigger formal performance management.

Exclusivity & IP: Exclusive employment with Infinity Learn is required. Freelancing, private tuition, or running personal channels without approval is prohibited. All generated content (scripts, videos, question banks) remains the sole property of the company.

Personal Social Media Restrictions: You are strictly prohibited from creating any academic content for your personal YouTube, Instagram, or Telegram networks. If you have an existing YT/IG audience, these channels must be used exclusively to promote Infinity Learn channels and content.

Schedule Flexibility: Must be available for flexible working hours during peak exam months (as well for business promotional activity period), including weekend marathons, early morning news drops, and late-night paper analyses.
