Job Description: D2C Executive / Manager

About the Role

We are looking for a driven and detail-oriented D2C Executive/Manager to lead and grow our Direct-to-Consumer business. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience managing D2C websites, running performance marketing campaigns, and driving online revenue growth through data-backed strategies.

Key Responsibilities

Manage and optimize the D2C website (Shopify/ WooCommerce / Magento or similar) to ensure smooth user experience, uptime, and conversion optimization.

Plan, execute, and monitor performance marketing campaigns across Meta Ads, Google Ads, and other digital platforms to drive traffic, leads, and sales.

Own end-to-end D2C sales funnel from customer acquisition to retention and repeat purchase strategies.

Analyze website and campaign performance metrics (CAC, ROAS, CTR, conversion rate, AOV) and provide actionable insights.

Collaborate with design and content teams to create high-converting ad creatives, landing pages, and product listings.

Manage SEO/SEM efforts to improve organic visibility and reduce dependency on paid channels.

Coordinate with logistics, customer support,



and operations teams to ensure a seamless customer journey.

Conduct competitor analysis and market research to identify new growth opportunities.

Manage marketing budgets efficiently, ensuring optimal ROI across all channels.

Track inventory, pricing, and promotions on the D2C platform in coordination with relevant teams.

Prepare regular performance reports and presentations for leadership review.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field (MBA preferred but not mandatory).

Minimum 3+ years of experience in a D2C, e-commerce, or digital marketing role.

Strong working knowledge of performance marketing — Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, and other ad platforms.

Hands-on experience with website management tools (Shopify, Woo Commerce, or similar CMS platforms).

Valuable understanding of SEO, SEM, email marketing, and social media marketing.

Proficiency in analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, or similar.

Strong analytical mind set with the ability to interpret data and translate it into strategy.

Excellent communication, coordination, and project management skills.

Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
