Job Summary

We are seeking an enthusiastic and detail-oriented HR Executive with 2 3 years of experience to manage end-to-end recruitment.

Key Responsibilities

- Drive end-to-end recruitment, including sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, and coordinating the complete hiring cycle.
- Screen candidate profiles and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
- Manage onboarding activities and ensure smooth completion of joining formalities.
- Maintain employee records and ensure HR documentation is accurate and up to date.
- Should have huge track record for In-house recruitment/ Bulk Hiring

Skills & Requirements
- Female candidates only.
- 2 3 years of experience in Human Resources, Recruitment.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and people management skills.
- Hands-on experience with recruitment,



onboarding, and HR documentation.
- Ability to multitask and manage deadlines effectively.
- High level of attention to detail with the ability to maintain confidentiality.
