Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Project Manager to manage the execution of commercial interior fit-out and workspace projects. The ideal candidate should have experience in project planning, site execution, vendor coordination, and stakeholder management, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and as per quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end execution of commercial interior fit-out and workspace projects.
- Prepare project schedules, monitor timelines, and ensure timely project completion.
- Coordinate with internal teams, consultants, contractors, vendors, and clients throughout the project lifecycle.
- Monitor project progress, quality, and budgets while ensuring adherence to approved plans.
- Conduct regular site visits to track execution, resolve issues, and maintain quality standards.
- Review drawings, BOQs, material specifications, and project documentation.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations, company policies, and industry standards.




- Identify project risks and implement corrective actions to minimize delays and cost overruns.
- Prepare periodic project status reports and provide updates to management.
- Support project handover, snag closure, and final documentation.

Qualifications & Skills

- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Interior Design, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in Project Management, Commercial Interiors, Fit-Outs, Design & Build, or Workspace Solutions.
- Good understanding of construction methodologies, MEP coordination, BOQs, and project execution.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Project, AutoCAD, and project management tools.
- Strong planning, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple projects in a quick-paced environment.

Preferred Skills

- Experience in coworking, managed offices, commercial real estate, or interior fit-out projects.
- Knowledge of project scheduling and budgeting.
- Familiarity with project management methodologies is an added advantage.
