We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Team Lead Sales to manage and guide our sales team in achieving business targets. The candidate will be responsible for handling daily sales operations, team performance, lead management, training, and ensuring high-quality customer interactions. The ideal candidate should possess strong leadership, communication, and sales management skills, preferably in the financial services or personal loan industry.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage and lead the sales team to achieve monthly and quarterly targets
- Monitor daily calling, follow-ups, and conversions of team members
- Train, motivate, and guide sales executives for better performance
- Ensure proper lead allocation and lead management
- Maintain sales discipline and productivity within the team
- Assist team members in handling customer objections and escalations
- Track team performance and prepare daily/weekly reports
- Coordinate with operations and backend teams for smooth loan processing




- Ensure customer satisfaction and professional communication standards
- Help improve sales strategies and conversion ratios

Required Skills
- Solid communication and leadership skills
- Good understanding of sales processes and customer handling
- Ability to manage targets and team productivity
- Knowledge of personal loans, overdrafts, or financial products preferred
- Basic computer and CRM handling knowledge
- Problem-solving and decision-making abilities

Eligibility Criteria
- Graduation preferred
- Minimum 1 3 years of experience in sales/team handling
- Experience in BFSI, personal loans, or tele-sales will be preferred
