Executive /AM-level requirement for Noida location.

Total Experience required: 6-8 Years

Job Description for Indirect Buyer :

- Evaluate vendors to determine best options and make recommendations by evaluating total cost and quality of indirect materials and services.
- Ensure the delivery of Spare & consumable on time to avoid the down time of the machine.
- Arrange Quotation of indirect items and Benchmarking of the same.
- Procurement of MRO items and AMC finalization
- General knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word and Power Point
- Self-motivated and able to manage own work-load to achieve targets set by self or others
- Ensure the internal customer procurement issues, providing support and guidance at all stages of the procurement cycle




- Generate procurement reports from source systems (spend, transaction reports).
- Execute the awarding procedures, such as Purchasing Orders
- Ability to communicate effectively (both verbal and written)
