Roles & Responsibilities

- Recruiting Nurses, Physicians, Therapists, Technicians, Allied Health Professionals, and other healthcare providers in the US region.
- Using comprehensive job description, source candidates from job portals and internal databases.
- Utilize pinpoint screening techniques to identify passive candidates.
- Need to be a team player, work closely with team managers, and design recruiting strategies for each job position you work on.
- Develop and manage solid consultative relationships with candidates.
