We are looking for a visionary Head AI & Digital to lead our AI and digital business growth. The role requires a seasoned leader with a proven track record of building new ventures, defining and executing Go-to-Market (GTM) strategies, scaling sales and pre-sales organizations, and driving enterprise AI adoption across global customers. The ideal candidate should combine strategic thinking with strong commercial acumen and execution capabilities.

- 18+ years of experience in Digital Transformation, AI, Consulting, or Enterprise Technology.
- Demonstrated success in building and scaling a new business, practice, or venture from the ground up.
- Robust experience in developing and executing GTM strategies.
- Proven track record of building and leading enterprise sales and pre-sales organizations.




- Must have strong experience in driving business growth across the Indian (domestic) market, with a proven ability to acquire and manage enterprise customers.
- Exposure to global markets and international enterprise customers (North America, Europe, APAC) is essential.
- Strong understanding of AI, Generative AI, Machine Learning, Data Analytics, Cloud, and Digital Transformation.
- Experience managing large enterprise accounts and driving strategic growth.
- P&L; ownership with a demonstrated record of delivering sustained business growth.
- Excellent leadership, stakeholder management, negotiation, and communication skills.
