Creative Copywriter Location : Noida Experience : 2 5 Years

As we continue to scale rapidly, we are looking for a Copywriter who understands performance marketing, conversion psychology, and how to write ad copies that drive results.

About the Role

We are not looking for blog writers or long-form storytellers. We are looking for someone who can write high-performing ad copies that capture attention, improve engagement, and drive conversions across digital channels. The ideal candidate should have experience creating performance-driven creatives for paid campaigns and a robust understanding of customer psychology, hooks, and funnel-based communication.

Key Responsibilities

- Write high-converting ad copies for Meta, Google, YouTube, and other digital platforms
- Create scroll-stopping hooks, headlines, and CTA-driven creatives
- Collaborate closely with the growth and performance marketing teams
- Understand campaign objectives and write copies aligned with conversion goals
- Analyze campaign performance metrics such as CTR, CPL, and ROAS to optimize copy effectiveness
- Contribute ideas for ad creatives, campaign messaging, and testing strategies
- Continuously experiment with messaging angles,



formats, and user psychology

Requirements
- 2 to 5 years of experience in ad copywriting or performance marketing
- Proven experience writing paid ad copies and performance-focused creatives
- Strong understanding of funnels, user behavior, and conversion psychology
- Ability to write concise, engaging, and action-oriented copy
- Experience working with digital marketing teams and performance campaigns
- Automotive, automobile, or agri-tech industry exposure will be an added advantage
- Ability to adapt quickly, test new ideas, and iterate based on performance data

Preferred Skills
- Understanding of Meta Ads and Google Ads ecosystem
- Experience with A/B testing and creative experimentation
- Strong grasp of Hindi and English communication
- Awareness of digital content trends and consumer behavior
