Roles & Responsibilities:

- Design, develop, and maintain enterprise GIS applications using ArcGIS technologies and the Microsoft .NET platform. Develop and deploy web GIS applications using ArcGIS API for JavaScript, React, HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and Calcite Design System. Build and integrate backend services using ASP.NET, C#, .NET, and REST APIs.
- Configure and manage ArcGIS Enterprise components, including ArcGIS Server, Portal for ArcGIS, and Data Store.
- Develop geospatial solutions involving map visualization, spatial analysis, geoprocessing, database management, and workflow automation using Python.
- Work with Microsoft SQL Server and PostgreSQL to design and optimize spatial databases.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, develop scalable solutions, and ensure application quality through testing, debugging, and performance optimization.
- Prepare technical documentation, support deployments, and stay updated with the latest Esri technologies and GIS best practices.

Desired Skills:

- 3+ years of experience in GIS application development using Esri technologies and the Microsoft .NET ecosystem. Strong proficiency in C#, ASP.NET,



.NET Framework/.NET, JavaScript, React, HTML5, CSS3, and Calcite Design System.
- Hands-on experience with ArcGIS API for JavaScript (3.x/4.x/5.x) and ArcGIS Enterprise (ArcGIS Server, Portal for ArcGIS, and Data Store).
- Experience in developing and integrating REST APIs, along with database management using Microsoft SQL Server and PostgreSQL.
- Proficiency in Python scripting for GIS automation, geoprocessing, and workflow optimization. Solid understanding of GIS concepts, spatial data models, geodatabases, projections, and Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) principles.
- Experience with Visual Studio, Git version control, debugging, unit testing, and application performance optimization. Exposure to ArcGIS Pro/Desktop, custom ArcGIS Maps SDK development, cloud platforms (Azure/AWS), CI/CD, DevOps, Utility Network, ArcFM, or enterprise GIS implementations is an added advantage.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, with the flexibility to travel and work at client locations as required.
