Key Responsibilities

- Perform impact analysis, root cause analysis, and resolve system/process issues.
- Support implementation, change requests, and production defect resolution
- Work closely with operations and stakeholders to optimize processes and improve efficiency
- Design and execute system configurations, data updates, and queries within RKS
- Contribute to training development and knowledge sharing across teams




- Track and ensure closure of audit findings and action items
- Ensure system integrity and accuracy through regular audits and validation of system configurations
- Partner with SMEs and cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement initiatives

Required Skills Experience

- Strong understanding of RKS platform (WEB/AIS/Calc/Forms)
- Experience in system configuration, testing, and debugging
- Valuable knowledge of Cross Benefit domain
- Advanced SQL knowledge
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Effective communication and stakeholder collaboration skills
