Working Days: Monday to Saturday (6 Days a Week)

Working Hours: 12:00 PM - 5:00 PM IST

Position Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic English Tutor to join our growing academic team. The ideal candidate should have strong subject expertise in English Language and Literature, excellent communication skills, and a passion for helping students achieve their academic goals.

The tutor will be responsible for delivering engaging online sessions, supporting students academically, and fostering confidence in English language skills.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct one-on-one online tutoring sessions with international students.
- Teach English Language and Literature to students up to Grade 10.
- Develop personalized lesson plans based on individual student needs and learning goals.
- Provide constructive feedback to improve students' reading, writing, grammar, vocabulary, and comprehension skills.
- Track and monitor student performance and academic progress.
- Adapt teaching methodologies according to different learning styles.
- Communicate regularly with parents regarding student performance and progress.
- Maintain accurate records of lessons, assessments, and student achievements.

Required Qualifications

- Bachelor's Degree in English Literature, English, Education, or a related field.




- Minimum 1 year of teaching or tutoring experience.
- Strong understanding of English grammar, vocabulary, punctuation, writing, and comprehension.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to engage and motivate students in an online learning environment.
- Patient, empathetic, and student-focused approach to teaching.

Preferred Qualifications

- Prior experience teaching international students.
- Experience in online tutoring or virtual classrooms.
- Familiarity with digital teaching tools and online learning platforms.
- Robust classroom management and student engagement skills.
