Role & responsibilities

1. Handle spare part inquiries from customers and prepare techno-commercial offers.
2. Coordinate with design, production, and purchase departments for availability and costing of spares.
3. Prepare and maintain spares database, BOMs, and related documentation.
4. Support after-sales activities, including technical assistance for troubleshooting and part identification.
5. Follow up with clients for order processing, dispatches, and payment coordination.
6. Prepare MIS reports and assist in improving customer satisfaction levels.
7. Ensure timely response to customer requirements and maintain robust client relationships.

Preferred candidate profile

1. B.Tech / B.E. (Mechanical Engineering) from a recognized university.
2.



3-4 years of experience in spares, customer support, or service functions (preferably in material handling, power, or EPC industry).
3. Good understanding of mechanical components, drawings, and assemblies.
4. Proficiency in MS Excel, ERP systems, and documentation.
5. Strong communication, coordination, and analytical skills.
6. Excellent communication and customer-handling skills.
7. Strong technical aptitude and problem-solving ability.
8. Team player with attention to detail and commitment to deadlines.
