We are seeking an experienced Operations Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of FIT by Ravissant. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth centre operations, lead teams effectively, and deliver an exceptional member experience while maintaining high service and operational standards.
Manage daily operations of the fitness centre, including front desk, trainers, classes, and equipment
Lead, mentor, and motivate the operations and fitness teams
Ensure high-quality member experience and customer satisfaction
Oversee facility management, vendor coordination, and maintenance
Monitor operational performance and prepare regular reports for management
Ensure compliance with internal policies, safety standards, and service protocols
