Role Senior Active Directory Administrator
Job Location – Noida, Bangalore, Hyderabad and Pune.

Technical Skills Required -

Primary- Microsoft Active Directory, Azure Active Directory, Windows Server, and Azure Administration, CIS Hardening, GPO.

Secondary Skills - Azure Devops, Terraform and SCOM

Responsibilities-

- Responsible for maintaining and delivering Active Directory Domain Services (AD DS), including managing domain controllers, and configuring AD DS.
- Advanced troubleshooting and in-depth, hands-on experience with Microsoft Active Directory. AD Administration, Deployment, Replication, Authentication and Authorization. Strong understanding of Group Policies, AD Trusts, AD Sites and Services, DFS, CIS Hardening.
- Develop and implement on-premises infrastructure solutions based on business requirements.
- Maintain and optimize on-premises Windows servers, storage, and networking components.
- Deploy and manage virtual machines, storage, Azure Backup and networking resources in Microsoft Azure
- Ensure adherence to Azure best practices for security, performance, and cost optimization.
- Implement monitoring solutions to proactively identity and address performance issues




- Optimize infrastructure components for efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
- Troubleshoot and resolve on-premises and Azure infrastructure issues promptly.
- Work closely with IT teams and stakeholders to understand requirements and provide technical guidance.
- Maintain through documentation of infrastructure configurations and procedures.
- Good to have PowerShell scripting for automation.
- In-depth knowledge of Windows Server operating systems
- Familiarity with Azure Devops for continuous integration and deployment
- Working in a software setting that combines Azure AD and ON Prem AD
- Support rotational 24*7 shifts and on call when needed.

Qualifications:

- Proven experience in designing and managing on-premises infrastructure (AD, DNS, DHCP and Group Policy)
- Hands on experience with Microsoft Azure services and solutions
- Strong understanding of Windows server operating system, networking, virtualization (Hyper V), and Azure services
- The person should have 7-15 years of relevant experience in the On Prem and Azure administration.
