This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Executive located in Delhi & Bangalore. The Human Resources Executive will be responsible for HR Talent management, HR operations, employee relations, HR policies, and overall human resources functions within the organization.
Experience: 2-3 years
Qualification: Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field

- Experience in talent acquisition and retention.
- End to End recruitment. (70-30 profile).
- HR Management and HR Operations skills.
- Employee Relations and HR Policies expertise.
- Knowledge of Human Resources (HR) practices.
- Solid interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
