Role & responsibilities

- Provide technical support for Protective Coating products during pre-sales and post-sales activities.
- Conduct site inspections and assess surface conditions before coating application.
- Recommend appropriate coating systems based on project specifications, environmental conditions, and customer requirements.
- Supervise product application to ensure compliance with company specifications and quality standards.
- Conduct product demonstrations, mock-ups, and field trials for customers and applicators.
- Resolve technical issues related to coating application, adhesion, curing, corrosion protection, and product performance.
- Work closely with the Sales team to support project specifications, customer presentations, and technical discussions.
- Train contractors, applicators, dealers, and customers on surface preparation, application techniques, safety practices, and product usage.
- Prepare technical reports, inspection reports, application guidelines, and failure analysis reports.




- Coordinate with R&D;, Quality, Manufacturing, and Supply Chain teams to address technical concerns and improve customer satisfaction.
- Ensure compliance with project specifications, safety regulations, and quality standards throughout project execution.
- Visit customer sites regularly to monitor application quality and provide technical recommendations.
- Investigate customer complaints, identify root causes, and recommend corrective and preventive actions.
- Stay updated on industry standards, coating technologies, competitor products, and application methodologies.
- Maintain records of site visits, technical observations, project status, and customer feedback through MIS/CRM systems.
- Support recent product launches by conducting technical awareness sessions and customer training programs.
