Job Requirements

10+ years of experience in Microsoft 365, Entra ID / Azure AD and enterprise identity administration.

Strong ability to analyze business and technical requirements and translate them utilizing existing Microsoft 365 and Entra ID solutions, including identity management, access governance, security controls, collaboration services, endpoint management, and migration strategies.

Extensive hands-on knowledge of Exchange Online, Microsoft Teams, SharePoint Online and OneDrive for Business administration, governance and troubleshooting.

Strong experience with tenant-to-tenant migration activities, including mailbox migration planning, identity mapping, coexistence considerations, cutover coordination and post-migration validation.

Working expertise in Entra ID Connect and Entra Cloud Sync, including synchronization scope, attribute flows, connector health, staged rollout and operational troubleshooting.

Hands-on experience with Microsoft Intune for device/user management, configuration profiles, compliance policies, enrollment, endpoint hardening and policy lifecycle management.

Practical knowledge of Microsoft Defender for Endpoint onboarding, security baseline alignment, endpoint protection policy management, alert triage and remediation coordination.

Ability to document technical designs, migration runbooks, test plans, operational SOPs and handover materials for BAU teams.

Key Responsibilities

Own and administer Entra ID and Microsoft 365 services across Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint Online and OneDrive.

Support, implement and troubleshoot identity and access controls including MFA, Conditional Access, RBAC, application access and identity synchronization.

Plan and execute mailbox and Microsoft 365 tenant migration workstreams, including discovery,



readiness assessment, pilot migration, cutover and hypercare support.

Configure and support Entra ID Connect / Entra Cloud Sync, monitor synchronization health and resolve identity provisioning or attribute mismatch issues.

Create, maintain and optimize Intune configuration profiles, compliance policies, security baselines and endpoint enrollment workflows.

Support Defender for Endpoint configuration, onboarding, device risk visibility, incident triage and remediation tracking in coordination with security operations.

Work with cross-functional teams, customer stakeholders and service desk / operations teams to ensure stable transition, governance adoption and continuous improvement.

Education Requirements

Bachelor's/Masters in Computer Science or equivalent

Certifications

Preferred / Valuable to Have: Microsoft 365 Certified: Enterprise Administrator Expert; Microsoft Certified: Identity and Access Administrator Associate; Microsoft Certified: Endpoint Administrator Associate; Microsoft Security Operations Analyst Associate; ITIL Foundation.
