ABOUT THE ROLE
Corporate Finance & Treasury (AM)
1. Experience in dealing with PSU/ Private Banks with solid relationship in arranging finance as well as in operation.
2. Experience in project finance, working capital sanction, CMA, proposal, and Legal documentation w.r.t. financing process
3. Excellent in financial modelling
4. Ability to prepare financing roadmap / capital allocation strategy.
5. Experience in dealing with the Rating agencies.
6. Experience in Capex Controlling, Budgeting process and System development.
7. Banking operation, Cash flow management, banking Compliances.
8. Cash allocation, CMS, TRA / Account management.
9. Experience of dealing in off balance sheet / structured financing.
