[Job Responsibilities]

> Shop Drawing Preparation

Prepare detailed HVAC shop drawings:

- Ducting Layout
- CHW Piping Layout
- Refrigerant Piping Layout
- Equipment Layout
- Installation Details
- Ensure drawings are construction-ready and practical for site execution.

> MEP Coordination

- Coordinate with Civil, Architectural, Electrical, and Firefighting teams.
- Identify and resolve clashes between services.
- Participate in coordination meetings and update drawings accordingly.

> Technical Review

- Review discrepancies between design drawings and actual site conditions.
- Ensure constructability and technical accuracy.
- Assist in quantity take-off (BOQ) and material verification.

> Submission & Approval

- Prepare drawings for Consultant / Client submission.
- Incorporate comments and re-submit revised drawings.
- Support preparation of As-built drawings.

[Mandatory Qualification]

> Diploma / Bachelors Degree in Architecture & Mechanical Engineering

> Minimum 3 to 5 years of experience in HVAC / MEP shop drawings and site execution.

> Strong knowledge of HVAC systems:

- Ducting
- CHW Piping
- Refrigerant Piping
- AHU / FCU Systems

> Proficiency in AutoCAD.

> Experience in Indian or international construction projects.

> Basic English communication skills (written & spoken).

[Required Skills]

> Ability to read and interpret 2D drawings.

> Knowledge of air distribution systems and piping layouts.

> Strong understanding of dimensions, levels, and coordination requirements.

> Problem-solving and site adaptation skills.

> Positive team coordination ability.

> Strong knowledge of HVAC System and MEP.

Scope of Work

> HVAC Duct Layout Drawings

> CHW / Refrigerant Piping Layout

> Equipment Installation Details (AHU, FCU, etc.)

> Diffuser / Grille Layout

> Hanger & Support Details

> MEP Coordination Drawings

Important Note : We are looking for a practical engineer, not just a CAD operator.

The candidate should:

> Understand actual site execution.

> Be capable of resolving MEP clashes independently.

> Produce accurate and construction-ready shop drawings.

> Coordinate effectively with site teams and consultants.

[Working Condition]

> Working Hours : 8 hours per day

> Working Days : 6 days per week

> Working Location :NCR Area, Chennai, Pune etc

> Annual Salary : 4.8 LPA ~ 12 LPA

> Total Rewards (Compensation) : House , Meal (If stay at site, company will provide accommodation)
