As a Quality Product Technologist, you are the guardian of HM s brand quality standards, ensuring that every product meets customer expectations from development through to the final experience. You combine technical expertise with a customer-centric approach to deliver products that are secure, sustainable, and aligned with our global quality framework.

- Ensure HM s brand quality standards are met throughout the product lifecycle from development to customer experience.
- Implement the quality method routines set by the Governance team.
- Ensure the product fit, technical risk assessment, and consumption optimization in the sample stage from customer perspective.
- Conduct quality audits in Centralized Facility Services (CFS) to ensure alignment with standards.

Graduate or equivalent in any stream.

Minimum 5 years of relevant work experience in apparel industry.

Demonstrate strong technical knowledge in products with customer focus.

Approach your work with ownership, structure, and attention to detail.

Build strong, collaborative relationships with cross-functional teams and suppliers.

Communicate clearly, proactively, and with a solution-oriented mindset.
